Volkswagen Jetta 2003, error codes KWP2000 and ISO9141 coming up on my OBD-II CAN scanner

Error codes kWP2000 and ISO9141 are coming up on my OBD-II CAN'T scanner. Check engine light is on. Car randomly moves slow when first started (I haven't found a pattern yet such as weather or time turned off).

These are communication protocol they are not codes a code reader displays as "P" depending on the scan tool that you have once you connect it start searching for a communication dialog, KWP200 , ISO9141 are communication dialogs, Before using another scan tool, to get a trouble code, has the radio been changed ? When it comes to a VW and there is a radio change, if the radio installation is not proper scan tool can no longer communicate. and worse yet, monitor can not go to complete which is required for a emission test . You may need a scan tool with over voltage protection. and along the DLC connector nothing can be connected to it. of any aftermarket accessories.
