What could be wrong with 09 prius?

I ended up driving through a puddle red triangle light came on popped up problem on screen it's still drove got to work it sat for about 6 hours it started back went to drive it home turned it off again and now won't start again finally got to jump start drove it home turned it off again wont start changed out all the spark plugs check the battery it was good A little bit of rust and water in Spark Plugs after starting engine won't run just running off battery turned it off got it to start back again and now battery is dying really fast anybody know what could possibly be wrong with it it has to be electric problem I'm thinking

This is a electrical problem that is set, what make this suspicious and it may not be related. You have a electrical hybrid water pump. these have a Recall. , what happens and these are seen , it can short out without taking out its fuse. and the car stalls , because the fuse has not opened, you can wait awhile and the engine starts up, only for it to stall out 10 to 15 minutes later, This may not be related, (beside the  IGN 1 relay Recall) , these electrical hybrid water pump tends to do all type of scenario. from stalling engine , to turning the warning light on to just shorting out, and smoking like a there a fire. in the engine compartment.
