07 Jeep Wrangler P0430 STFT

Question

My JKU just threw this code out to me while i was driving. Got home connected it with the OBD2 scanner and got a weird reading from the Short term fuel trim. It was at negatives the whole time. What could be the problem anyone have any ideas? My LTFT was at positives.

P0430 Catalytic below threshold Bank 2

Negative the whole time . any exhaust leak near Bank 2 , 02 sensor, sensor 1. any lean code condition. if you set just a P0430 the front 02 sensor on the data stays negative you may have a faulty 02 sensor.
