Possibilities for a P0621 service code.

My check engine light has never came on. I also had a code for p0562. I own a 2004 Chevy Cavalier, I've had no other issues other than this. It is stalling out and will not turn over. I dont know where my PCM is located and I changed the fusses for the PCM last night and the issue has still occurred.

Will not turn over then you need to checked the battery condition, P0562 is battery voltage too low. the charging system has to be checked.
