Pulled P0303 code, but engine runs fine, whats up?

Why would the engine run fine with a 303 code ?  Where is the # 3 cylinder located on the engine block?

Cylinder #3 is the center cylinder closest to the firewall. What I find most often is problems with the ignition coil when it runs fine at idle. Usually the circumstances that cause the code happen at higher speeds so you don't notice it.
