PO159 comes on when cold outside, below 45 def

Question

CEL comes on with code PO159.  
Only comes on when temperature is below 45 degrees.
I have replaced the O2 sensor and still get that code.

Hi there

There are other causes for this code then just the O2 sensor. Fuel pressure, bad fuel injectors and wiring. You could have an issue with an exhaust leak or the PCM itself.
