i have a 2000 chevy astro van i pulleda a code that said misfire detected, what could it be?

ive changed the spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, and now it got worst after about a week

Hi there,

If it's telling you which cylinder is misfiring and with all that you have done so far,  I would check for vacuum leaks and engine compression. Also, if this engine has the spider fuel injection setup on it they tend to leak and that will also cause a misfire problem.
