2001 honda civic p0700 p1768 p1773

The car works fine as long as my scan tool is connected to it , if i disconnect it , it sets those three codes immediatly !! I have to get the car through emissions soon and they won't test it with the MIL on. HELP ! I have changed out the linear soinoids and the TCC SOL.

Check your grounds- maybe loose or dirty connections causes these codes
