My 2005 Chevrolet Blazer with engine code P0752, what could be the problem? I added trans fluid and now the vehicle doesn't drive in either direction

P0752 when this set there no 2nd or 3rd gear, what can set this code. is internal transmission problem. such as the transmission pump. or the shift solenoid, if the transmission will not go in gear this is internal mechanical transmission problem
