i have checked the fuel pressure it has between 50 and 60 psi and i have put a new crank sensor in it a new pick up coil in it a set of new plugs i have tryed three pcms in iti have run out of stuff to do to it any suggestions it trys to start some times but won't

This code is for the fuel pump relay control circuit.

With all that you have tried it seems likely there is a wiring problem either to the relay or from the relay to the fuel pump. I would investigate that as the problem. Also, check and make sure that the grounds from the engine to the body are good. They sometimes break or rust off on these and cause issues.
