P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

P1516 Throttle actuator control module

P0756 Shift solenoid B or performance

When you have a P0756 does the transmission flare or slip. When vehicles had a cable throttle system . and  there is a transmission flare or slip. The engine would high REV and go nowhere which caused engine damage. such as a engine knock.. P1516 will cause the engine to go to reduce power mode, this protect the engine, If the transmission slips or flare. If the vehicle does not have a transmission concern , the likely concern is the misfire code that is set, This can cause greater use on the throttle setting and a where the TPS is out of correlation. Most of the misfire condition are ignition related. the front of the engine , is cylinder 1 , you can swap that coil with a different cylinder if the misfire code move , the coil is faulty
