2004 f150 larriat has codes P7107,C1979,P0011,P0021. Where woul I start?

where would I start to correct these issues?

The best way to start is with the variable valve timing P0011 and P0021 , P0011 is camshaft position timing over advanced, or system performance. P0021 is camshaft position timing over advanced Bank 2. When a Ford 5.4 with a Triton engine , which is a high output engine , set these code you can expect rough idle when your coming onto a stop or slowing down . Check the oil level correct if low that would be the first to check. These condition can cause the timing gear on the camshaft to go out . Ford recommends replace the variable valve timing solenoid, on both side of the Bank.
