Will the Nissan sensor work on my Infinity?

Question

I was driving on a freeway with cruise control on and all of a sudden I lost all power. Speed ometer went from 70 to 0. ASB and TSB light came on. When I got down to about 25 mph , the excelorater started working again but I couldn't go very fast without light coming on and loseing speed again.
