P0302 pd code? what is the pd?

Question

originally was just p0302 code and rough idle.  #2 CYL MISFIRE,  WAS A bad coil.  Replaced coil, still same code.  pulled spark plug, cleaned and was just replaced last summer. put everything back together still same code.  3rd time checked spring inside coil, put back together and now showing p0302 (pd) code.

P0302  Misfire number 2 cylinder

The PD means the misfire is pending, where is  not fully mature, until the next ignition cycle or the drive cycle monitor is met. Mechanical condition for this misfire has to be ruled , A compression test on that cylinder can determine this
