New cats new sensors.p0430

Question

I just had the 2 rear cats replaced all the sensors replaced and the cam shaft senorels replaced . It atill pops a p0430 code . No other codes with it. I need to change the spark plugs would that make this code pop? The car runs smooth and no loss in power or gas

Any exhaust leak prior to the catalytic convertor, or vacuum leaks at the engine area, Changing the sparkplug if they are over due is helpful ,
