Getting a variable valve timing electronally malfunction code (P1259). Checked and changed oil, changed VVT solenoid and filter screen, changed oil pressure switch. Still getting code. Looking for what direction I should head next.
Vehicle: 2001 Honda Civic EX 1.7L

HI there

The next step would be to check the wiring to the VVT control solenoid and to check the cam position sensor. If the cam sensor stops reading then it will sometimes throw the VVT code because it doesn't see the cam timing advance like it should.I would also check the mechanical timing. If it's off then the code will remain.
