I already changed out the IACV and still the same problem.when I came to a stop it idle at 2500 rpms and that was kind of scary..my normal on the car was at 750 rpms.if you can help that would be good

Hi there

Check for vacuum leaks. They can cause the engine speed to increase because the computer will try and get the fuel mixture right by adding fuel. This increases the idle speed and will eventually set the idle speed code.
