What does the engine P0836 mean on 2012 grand Caravan ?

I find one reference for 4 wheel drive switch, but my van is not a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

I have 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, it's not a 4 wheel drive, what does the code P036 mean. I no longer have control of my windows, my locking and unlocking on the drivers or passenger side door. I also can not adjust mirrors  nor does the heater work in the mirrors to keep them from getting foggy. Please help me I am going insane as I can not roll down my window to enjoy the fresh air or go through drive threws. Before you tell me to check the fuses, I find and there is nothing wrong with them. I have even gone and replaced as well, and still nothing.
