On my 2000 Ford Taurus 3.0L, I changed fuel pump and now getting code po340 and p1000

These codes are unrelated to the fuel pump replacement. The P0340 is a cam position sensor code and the P1000 is a code for an issue with the mass air flow sensor. The wiring to the sensors needs to be tested to determine the cause of the failure for the P1000 and it is likely the cam position sensor needs to be replaced to resolve the P0340.
