2004 Prius code for recent battery off /on, Code clearing?

Trying to buy  a used gen 2 Toyota Prius 2004++, am concerned owner has disconnected the battery to clear the codes for sale and want to know if I can tell by looking at the OBDII Codes 7 what the code for recent battery disconnect is.

This would be simple if the battery was disconnected it would clear the monitors, The monitor would all be shown as incomplete. To ensure that the battery was not disconnected all the monitors should go to complete
