chevy S10 2000 PO410code came on. Now antifreeze leakingfront of truck

what would cause antifreeze to start leaking ? coming down front of truck. out of bottom  fan cover oil filter.
Just had water pump replaced, new radiator,hoses.
Intake manifold gaskets,belts, thermostat .
Vehicle: 2000 Chevrolet S10 4.3
