2001 Chrysler LHS. Where is the switch located. How do I fix it?

P1494 Leak detect pump  SW or mechanical fault

The leak detection pump is on the charcoal canister, which is right near the fuel tank, when this code occurs this mostly all the time the vaccum hose or the EVAP hose to it, what happens is the hoses rots away
