changed downstream o2 sensor.code po161 keeps coming back

check engine light on. scanner said PO161. I changed the downstream o2 sensor and the code returned.

Downstream 02 sensor on Bank 2. If the code resets within the first ignition drive cycle this is a Hard set code, You have open circuit at the heater circuit, it harness has to be checked or tested for power to the heater control
