i change the upper o2 sensor on the and now im getting this code p0151 and check the o2 sensor plug and check in see if the sensor  was a little lose and it was fine and when i drive like 15 min later the check engine light will turn on again and it will me the same code p0151

You aren't really stating which bank you changed the upper sensor on. If it was bank 1, then it's got nothing to do with the code you are seeing now, this is the bank 2 upper O2 sensor.
