why are my codes still incomplete & the light still off after 250 miles of driving?

When the monitor are still incomplete there still could be issue with pending trouble code that has not come to maturity, or there is a catalytic convertor that is failing, , The Evap system wil not run unless the fuel is above 1/4 and below 3/4
