How do make the repair on a 98 Honda Accord

I have a 98 Honda accord 4 cylinder, not sure what to do about the check engine light.  Replaced the gas cap but light is still on.  Not sure what is meant by transmission range sensor.  Is it something that needs to be repaired or adjusted?

First, it will take some time for the light to go out, even if the gas cap was the cause of the problem, but for the evap code you really should have a smoke test performed to find the leak.
The second code, P0706 is for the neutral safety switch on the transmission under the shift cable. This either needs adjusting or replacing.
