How long can I drive my car with this code?

P0018 code.  How long is it safe to drive my car with this on.  The car is running fine, other that the engine light is on and that is the code.

The car is safe to drive, but you should at least check the engine oil. This code comes when the timing correlation is off between the cam and crank sensor. This can be the result of low or dirty oil or low oil. Also, there is a service bulletin out for this code as well, so you should contact the dealer.
