Will code P0102 cause it not to start

been sitting for maybe a year. It will crank but not start

You can set a MAF sensor if there is no fuel pressure, or the MAF air duct is not attatched to the throttle body allowing false air to be unaccounted for, The engine would start but not be able to sustain a good idle , Since it has been sitting for over a year the fuel pressure should be tested,
