I had just changed the head because of overheating problems now am getting misfire on #2 cylinder code

Hi there

Test the compression, check it for vacuum leaks. make sure the fuel injection is working. Try swapping the coil on #2 with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves. You can try this with the fuel injector also.
