P1298 came upon my 98 honda accord 2.3l 4cylinder

So, I tested my car since my d4 light was flashing. The only two codes I got was a p1298 and a P1768. Need help!

P1298 High voltage in the ELD circuit,

P1768 Problem in the clutch pressure control solenoid valve A circuit

There related, if you have a open in fuse No. 6 which is the under dash fuse , you will set a ELD code and the shift A solenoid.
