What cause my Toyota Corolla not to start every once in a while?

The check engine light is on and error code P0171 it's shown on computer

Hi there,

This code is for a lean fuel mixture on bank 1. There cold be several reasons for this code. Normally the issue is a faulty front O2 sensor or a bad mass air flow sensor. Low fuel pressure and intake manifold gasket leaks can cause it as well. This shouldn't stop the car from starting however.
