f150 4.2 p0316 & p0302 misfire during hot start

Question

2002 F150 4.2 140k miles. Codes P0316 and P0302. Engine misfires when I start it hot. Only misfires until I rev the engine 2 times. Cold startup is fine. I have changed plugs, wires and coil pack, MAF clean and air filter. I was going to pull the injector but getting at it is a bitch. Any suggestions thank you.
