Engine rough idling after replaced 6 new ignition coils and 6 new spark plug.

I have just replaced 6 new ignition coils and 6 new spark plug. After a week ok, then the engine became rough idling and check eng. light also came on. I ran OBD-2 and got the P0175 code. Checked MAF was ok and I have replaced O2 sensors (before and after) couple years ago. Any advise?

Vehicle: 2001, BMW, 325i 6 cyl.
