3rd cylindder misfire error in my nissan ad,how can I diagnose this error?

HI there,

What I would do is take the coil next to it and move it to the cylinder with the misfire. Then see if the misfire move with that coil to the new cylinder. If it does, then replace the coil, if not, check the spark plug and fuel injector as possible causes. If they look good, then I would do a compression check on it.
