With this code condition when you set a P0743 , you need to investigate the reason for no transmission relay, this give power to the Gov, pressure sensor, having a sensor high voltage mean there is no voltage drop at the Gov pressure sensor , this is definetly a disconnection start with the trans relay circuit this is a fused protected component In the engine fuse / relay box check the transmission fuse use the fuse cover as a map for the location
