P0302 Misfire number 3 cylinder

Do the ignition misfire condition first, when it comes to a misfire condition the most common cause is a ignition coil, or the sparkplug, you can test it 2 different ways a ignition analyzer or swap out the number 2 coil and replace it with a known working cylinder.

what is circled move that coil to another position  clear the code if the code follow that cylinder replace the ignition coil

ignition coil are the most common cause for a misfire condition, the sparkplug still has to be investigated, here this sparkplug removed revealed a damage sparkplug and a damage cylinder valve.

As for the 2 transmission code they are solenoid pack problem it is  to your advantage you correct the misfire condition first, clear the code and retest and go from there
