Can I safely drive my Dodge minivan with a P1128 code

Check Engine Light came on. Took the car to a auto parts store where they used an OBD device to check for the code. Came back as P1128

Yes you can, clear the code and do your driving as a test drive, there are so many factor that can set this code, from the 02 sensor to the fuel pressure regulator, and just note any anomalies, this is not a easy code to diagnose so the basic has to be done, check the cooling system level, engine oil level.
