Car studders from 20 to 40 mph only. At 60 and up it goes away.

Head cover gaskets changed recently. Started to give this problem after. Gas pump was also changed.

It sounds like a possible issue with a misfire. You should have the codes read and determine which cylinder is causng the issue. Sometimes disturbing the ignition coils can cause misfires, especially if any of the coils have oil on them from leaking valve covers.
