What does this make your truck do

My durango will not start when cold turns over for one second after about 300 tries turning it over it will start but it chuckles shakes real bad like its starving for fuel. Once the car is warm it will be fine and will start quickly. But after sitting for several its cold again and has hard time starting. Code detected p1391. Is it the sencor or the air intake valve gasket

Neither of it, , if this was exhaust leak depending on where the exhaust leak is at it would set a lean code condition. Same with a intake manifold leak, Both situation the engine would start . For the exhaust leak the engine would sound terrible, For intake manifold leak you would have a high idle and a lean code. P1391is PCM.
