HI there,

Sometimes this code will be caused by a bad front O2 sensor on bank 1. The sensor if reading wrong can cause a lean fuel mix on bank 1. Since you have replaced the maf sensor, check for intake gasket leaks, and also check for a problem with the air tube going from the air filter to the throttle body.
