Will the truck run fine at a higher rpm I'd the timing is a little off

Has a slight miss at lower rpm then runs fine at higher rpm

If you set this code then yes , what happens is the camshaft solenoid actuator is in the open position at idle , when it is suppose to be at a open position at a higher RPM . as a result the valve timing is off.and there is rough idle
