Will replacing camshaft position sensor on 2010 Ford Escape fix P052B error code? And where is this sensor located?

The location of the camshaft position sensor, replacing the camshaft position sensor will not solve the problem, P052B is camshaft position timing over retard Bank 1, this is mostly caused by the VCT (variable cam timing) solenoid on Bank 2. The camshaft on Bank 2 is working and has detected that the timing on Bank 2 is out of correlation. When the camshaft variable timing  solenoid fails it either fails stuck closed or stuck open, Your code indicates it is stuck open, this will cause the timing retard,
