What can the problem be for the following error codes - C0278, C1253 & C1432

I cannot clear the codes on my Toyota Landcruiser. Can someone please explain what the problems might be and what fixes are required.
C0278 - Open circuit in ABS Solenoid Relay Circuit
C1253 - Pump Motor Relay
C1432 - Steering Angle Sensor Power Source Voltage

P1253 is the main code that would set the other code condition, the reason why the code cannot be cleared is it is a hard set code, One of the main job a Control module job does is look for open circuit , short circuit and rationality, You have a open circuit, On the battery is the ABS fuse, this would cause P1253, without power C0278 would set this is the master cylinder solenoid. correct for P1253 the no power
