Before i change oil and oil filter, only p0441 have.
After change oil and oil filter, there are code p0171 p0240 p0441.

I loaded a new gas cap.

Some pipings was rusted and changed after failed inspection. Then pass the inspection.

P0441 Evaporative emission incorrect purge flow

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

The incorrect purge flow and the Lean code may just be related to each other, Check the purge flow hose connection on the vacuum side, if that is disconnected this would allow the purge not to operate correctly and cause the lean code condition.
