MY 2011 Chevy Cruze has OBDII Code & I get no heat and fan is running faster.

No heat comes out while in Park, but some will come out while driving.  Anti-freeze was checked and could see hardly any.

HI there,

This does mean it's low on coolant. The fan is running because the coolant temp sensor probably isn't getting coolant touching it. This will make it not read the actual temp.Since you don't have heat in park at the very least you have an air pocket in there. If it's low on coolant then a pressure test needs to be done to determine if there is a leak in the system.
