What you have is a misfire condition brought about thru the rain, Water entered into the cylinder and affected the performance of the ignition coil, what  better to do since just to access the ignition coil is replace the offending ignition coil , and if you want you might as well do the sparkplugs since getting to the ignition coil will be a chore

Water in the sparkplug well affecting the performance of the ignition coil, your better off replacing the ignition coil and suggest you check the sparkplug and replace if worn
