My car is reading a p0123 and a p0123p code what does this mean and how do I fix it?

You have 2 code both setting , What the ECM looks for is open circuit , short circuit , grounds and rationality, What you have is a open circuit , at the TPS sensor, ,many times just disconnecting and reconnecting resolve the issue,
