If the code is related to the ABS system it would be a "C" code . "B" code would be the body code,  "P" code are the Powertrain codes. And any time the CK ENG LT comes on which are the "P" code the ABS system is disabled, the reason. your no longer at manufacture specifications. when you set a unknown code this more than anything related to the scan tool you use, when you plug the scan tool in , it becomes the host. to the ECM and when it gather a code it try to match it with its internal library.
