Hi there I have a Honda stream 2004 import from Japan when I start the car fan comes on straight away whilst driver my car cuts off starts up straight away get the code p2184 I've changed both fan sensors was getting camshaf sensor I've also replaced both of them to but the problem is still there all wiring has been checked last thing I'm going to change is the theromstat I've been told by 2 mechanics it could be my ECU

Engine overheating? When the temperature sensor was changed it has to be compatible with the Honda Stream , This code is for the coolant the coolant temperature sensor, not the fan sensor, Most codes that set a circuit low is due to a shorted sensor or the ECM. If you have a scan tool generic would work , check the temperature . see if its indicating the true temperature,
