My memo scanner shows P0420 and P0430 how do I fix and where are they located?

P0430 Catalytic below threshold Bank 2

This is the catalytic convertor which is attatched to the exhaust system, the purpose for it is to remove harmful emission emitted from the vehicle., it is located downstream on the exhaust system.
